Our client was in the final development stages for a new type of PDA that allowed direct voice communication. The client was interested in understanding how consumers' preference for product features was affected by the information available to them. Advertising, testimonials as well as negative product reviews were combined into a single model, along with product attributes such as size, price, weight and battery life. The choice model will allow the developers to make informed strategic decisions on future product development and marketing strategy.
