Our choice project measured customer preference for possible changes to the Bank's online banking application. In addition to modelling changes to the types of functions and look-and feel of the application, external factors such as 'trust-messages', advertising and information channels were included. The model is being used to plan the next generation of online consumer banking and the most effective marketing strategy.
